XenoROL® XR30

Reliably conveys small, flexible products

XR30 uses the same lineshaft design as XR40 with all the benefits of economy, versatility, quietness, safety and cleanliness. Low horsepower requirements result in long conveyor lengths on a single drive. With 1-3/8" diameter rollers on 1-1/2" centers, XR30 is especially well-suited for conveying small, flexible products such as packaged foods, beverage packs, floor tiles, newspapers, and quart or gallon cans. It incorporates many standard and optional devices.

The XR30 conveyor has been designed with two unique drives and capacities. These are "standard" and individually driven rollers "IDR". Standard XR30 drives every other roller and the adjacent roller is "slave driven" from the driven rollers. This design is well suited for small, light products and where minimal back pressure is required. For IDR XR30, each roller is driven by a belt from the shaft. The IDR design has higher drive capacity for heavier products or when weight is concentrated on a smaller footprint.
